Policy Statement


APEX AIS aims to become the Industry Leader in Asset Integrity Solutions to the Offshore Oil & Gas, Renewables and Energy Sectors. To do this, APEX AIS will attain and consistently provide outstanding service quality to its customers, ensure a safe and healthy environment for its employees, and minimize its operational impact on the environment.

APEX AIS developed, implemented, and maintains an Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure the following:

o Provide services of outstanding quality, consistent with customer requirements and regulatory requirements with the aim on full customer satisfaction.

o Protect our employees, the community, and the environment from any adverse impact on health, safety and the environment arising from our activities.

To achieve the above, APEX AIS is committed to the following:

o Providing customer satisfaction through outstanding quality, consistent to customer requirements.
o Providing and maintaining an adequate safe working environment for all our employees, contractors, and visitors.
o Avoid undue risk to human health and adverse impact to the environment.
o Prevention of injury, ill health, and prevention of air, water and land pollution.
o To comply with and satisfy the legal requirements in all areas of operation.
o Continuous improvement of the IMS.
o Ensure the availability of information and necessary resources to achieve our objectives and targets.
o Consulting with and encouraging worker participation in IMS related improvement.
o Measure the achievements of the continual improvement by setting up and monitoring objectives and targets for the IMS performance indicators.


To ensure that APEX AIS can fulfil its commitments, the following objectives have been set:

o Maintain the current ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Certification.
o Maintain IRATA Membership.
o Maintain full LEEA Membership by 1st July 2023.
o Improving customer satisfaction to 95% by December 2022.
o Maintain a Zero Lost Time Injury Rate.
o Maintain a Zero use of products containing Chlorofluorocarbons (CFC).


The IMS shall be documented, implemented, and maintained in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, IRATA, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.

This Policy shall be made available to interested parties; and

This Policy shall be reviewed annually to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate to the Company.
